At Gogo Luxury Hats, every piece is designed with care, passion, and personality — just like the people who wear them. While we hope you love your hat from the moment you unbox it, we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed. We’re here to ensure your experience is just as exceptional as your hat.
✅ Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging.
- Custom Orders: Please note that custom-made hats are non-returnable and non-refundable, as each piece is handcrafted uniquely for you. However, if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll work with you to make adjustments and ensure you’re fully satisfied.
- Return Shipping Fee: A flat fee of 20 AED applies to returns and exchanges, and will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The amount refunded will reflect the original purchase price, minus the 20 AED return shipping fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges are welcome! Whether you need a different size, color, or style — just contact us and we’ll assist you in finding your perfect match.

- Dubai: Enjoy free delivery within Dubai.
- Rest of UAE: A 20 AED flat delivery fee applies to all orders delivered outside Dubai.
