📏 Sizing & Fit

How do I find my hat size?
All our hats come with an adjustable band for a flexible, comfortable fit across most head sizes.

What if my hat doesn’t fit?
No worries! If the size isn’t right, you can return the hat for resizing or request a customized fit. Please allow 10–15 days for delivery of resized/custom pieces.

How do I take care of my hat?
Store your hat in a hat box when not in use, avoid moisture, and always handle it by the brim. Every order comes with easy care instructions.

What if my hat gets damaged?
We offer cleaning, restoration, and reshaping services exclusively for Gogo hats. Contact us for assistance.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the UAE. Delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I return or exchange a hat?
Yes — returns are accepted within 15 days, as long as the hat is unused and in original condition.
Note: Custom-made pieces are non-returnable, but if something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it perfect.

Do you offer gift packaging or gift cards?
Yes! We offer premium gift wrapping and digital gift cards — ideal for birthdays, holidays, or special surprises.
